• Reservations are considered firm on acceptance of the printed Booking Form, accompanied by non-returnable Deposit of £50.00 per week, and subject to the accommodation still being available. The full balance is due 4 weeks before arrival and reservations are not binding until this has been received and accepted. For 3 night Minimum Breaks the full amount is payable at the time of booking.
• If the balance is not paid by the due date we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without notice, to retain the Deposit and re-let the accommodation.
• Cheques should be made payable to Mrs C J Tucker
• Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. The Deposit will be retained but if we are able to re-let we will refund any other balances received. We strongly recommend that you insure against financial loss from cancellation.
• In any case outside our control necessitating the cancellation of a reservation by us we will use our best endeavours to provide suitable alternative accommodation, but any liability shall be limited to the refund of all money paid.
• On the day of arrival accommodation may not be occupied before 4.00pm and on the day of departure accommodation must be vacated by 10.00am and left clean and ready for the next occupants.
• Failure to vacate the accommodation on the specified date will incur liability to pay £75 per day.
• The person signing the booking form indemnifies us against all loss and damage arising to the accommodation and its contents from any act or default of any member of the party.
• The cottage may not be occupied by more than the maximum number as advertised.
• Rates are printed on a separate Tariff.
